Buyers: I have a three step process that will educate you on the intricacies of buying a home. Meeting one has three parts. Part one is contract review; you don't want to be finding out what liquidated damages are while you are writing your first offer. Part two is a history of the market: where we were, where we are and where we are headed in my opinion. Part three is your turn to tell me in as great a detail as possible what you want in a house and where you want it. Meeting number two is with a finance professional who can get you "pre-approved" for a loan and talk to you about the impacts of various types of loans. Meeting number three is our first venture out to look at as many properties as we can so that I can do my best over time to internalize what it is exactly that you are looking for. Keep in mind your job is not to make my job easy and you can always change your mind but the better I understand your thoughts about your ideal house the better I can be in finding the perfect property for you. |
